Synopsis

Yao Ling and Hu Xiaozhen were separated as kids due to a misunderstanding, but they reconnect years later at an academy. Yao Ling's eager to pick up where they left off romantically, but then Ma Shen shows up—a mysterious administrator who starts causing all kinds of problems. Ma Shen eventually manipulates both of them into becoming administrators themselves, tasking them with helping spirits fulfill their wishes. It's supposed to help them progress with their relationship, and honestly, going through mission after mission does bring them closer together and put them on a better path. That said, Ma Shen's got ulterior motives that go way deeper than anyone expected. It turns out there's a lot more going on with how the world actually works, and as the two uncover the truth, they find themselves facing increasingly dangerous obstacles and mysteries neither of them saw coming.
