Synopsis

Nagomi Wahira has always dreamed of working at a maid cafe, charmed by the cute girls she's seen there. When she finally moves to Akihabara to join Ton Tokoton, she's thrilled—until her first day takes a wild turn. On what should be a routine errand to a rival cafe, Nagomi witnesses firsthand what the maid business actually involves: full-blown warfare. Her coworker Ranko, a seasoned veteran, casually guns down and knives her way through hostile maids while Nagomi watches in shock. It becomes clear pretty fast that maid cafes aren't the wholesome, cute places she'd imagined. As Nagomi struggles to adapt to this brutal reality, she has to figure out if there's anything left to love about the job she thought she wanted.
