Synopsis

After taking down Boros and his invading army, Saitama's back to his boring life in Z-City. Meanwhile, monster attacks keep ramping up, and the Hero Association is getting stretched thin. Desperate for manpower, the executives make a questionable decision: recruit some street thugs to help fight. But when they hold their first meeting with these recruits, things go sideways fast. A guy calling himself Garou shows up out of nowhere, declares he's a monster, and starts beating everyone senseless. Garou's on a rampage. He tears through hero after hero, and it turns out he's actually the legendary master Silverfang's former best student—though nobody knows what he's really after. The guy seems practically unbeatable. Saitama, bored as always and drawn in by the promise of prize money, decides to jump into a martial arts tournament where Garou's competing. As the tournament kicks off and Garou keeps crushing opponents, something even worse appears. A new catastrophic threat emerges that could spell doom for humanity—possibly the exact disaster the psychic Madame Shibabawa predicted long ago.
