Synopsis

Two adopted siblings run a rental shop in old Edo, where fires and floods are constant threats. They rent out everyday items to locals who can't afford to keep possessions that might be lost in a disaster. But their shop harbors a secret—some of their oldest inventory has transformed into Tsukumogami, spirits born from objects that have existed for centuries. These mischievous spirits have a habit of eavesdropping on town gossip and spreading it around, which tends to stir up trouble. When conflicts break out, the siblings step in to help resolve them, using the unique powers of their Tsukumogami to set things right.
