Synopsis

A 300-year-old book surfaces that documents the Samurai Troopers' adventures—but it was written centuries before they actually happened. Which raises a pretty unsettling question: are these guys just puppets acting out a predetermined script? Enter Suzunagi, a mysterious girl who shows up offering each warrior exactly what they want most. For some it's salvation, for others new armor or a way out of the fighting life. But what's her real angle? Why is she so invested in the Troopers and their armors anyway?
