Synopsis

Vampires exist secretly within human society, living on its fringes. They don't actually need blood to survive, but intense emotions can trigger overwhelming bloodlust that turns them into dangerous, uncontrollable creatures. Tsukasa Taira, a 22-year-old college student, discovers vampires are real when her close friend reveals what he is during a confrontation with Yuuki Anzai—a human-vampire hybrid. The friend ends up getting arrested, and Tsukasa finds herself increasingly attracted to Anzai. He's reluctant but eventually returns her feelings. The problem? Their relationship might be impossible to sustain. Anzai has to constantly fight against his vampire side, which is desperately tempted to kill and feed on Tsukasa.
