Synopsis

Mahiro Oyama is a self-proclaimed "home security guard" who hasn't actually left his house in years. He just stays in his room playing erotic visual novels all day, which has his brilliant sister Mihari pretty worried about him. She decides something needs to change and comes up with a plan to get him back on track. Her solution? She creates a medicine that turns Mahiro into a girl. He's obviously not thrilled about it, but he's stuck. Now he has to figure out how to live as a cute girl while hoping the transformation eventually wears off—assuming it ever does.
