Synopsis

Tatsu's a retired yakuza with a nasty scar and an intimidating stare, but these days he's traded gang life for an apron—a teddy bear one, naturally. He's fully committed to being a househusband for his wife Miku, and he tackles domesticity with the same intensity he once brought to his old life. Grocery shopping? Easy. Women's clubs? That's where things get tricky. To earn acceptance, he's gotta prove himself in flower arranging and housekeeping, among other things. His approach to homemaking is pure ex-yakuza: he turns everything into a battle, whether that's haiku competitions, dealing with typhoons, or taking on cosplaying villains. His old contacts keep showing up too, still clinging to their former edge, which doesn't exactly make his days any calmer. Despite his best efforts to live a quiet domestic life, Tatsu's found that being a househusband is somehow just as chaotic as his yakuza days ever were. He wouldn't have it any other way—not when it comes to Miku.
