Synopsis

Nori Kamitsuki just moved to Gunma prefecture from Chiba, chasing after Otoya Todoroki—a childhood friend who relocated there years ago. But right as he's heading out, Todoroki texts him a warning: turn back now, because nobody who enters Gunma ever leaves. Nori ignores it and settles into school life anyway, quickly making friends who take it upon themselves to show him what Gunma's actually like. They're determined to prove that all the negative stereotypes about the prefecture are total garbage, dragging him around to experience everything from local food and landmarks to how school's different there and what the people are actually like. Sure, Gunma has a reputation as Japan's least popular prefecture—but these guys are convinced everyone just hasn't given it a real chance.
