Synopsis

Tomoko Kuroki spent her summer before high school dating over a hundred virtual boys in dating sims and living out fifty different high school scenarios. She's convinced she's totally ready for real high school now. Spoiler alert: she's not even close. The thing is, Tomoko has no idea how socially awkward and introverted she actually is—everyone else picked up on it immediately, but she somehow missed the memo. With her best friend Yuu by her side and her supportive older brother Tomoki backing her up, Tomoko's about to learn what high school is actually like. The series follows this friendless otaku as she stumbles through her first year, trying to break out of her own shell and figure out how to actually connect with people and have a normal high school experience.
