Synopsis

Koyomi Araragi starts out as a cynical loner, but meeting his classmate Tsubasa Hanekawa helps him open up a bit. Then one night he stumbles across a dying vampire woman and, after some hesitation, decides to save her by letting her drink his blood—which comes at a cost. She turns him into a vampire too. Now immortal and stuck in an abandoned building, Koyomi needs a way out of this mess. Luckily, he meets Meme Oshino, a guy who knows everything about supernatural oddities. Turns out the vampire who turned him, Kiss-Shot Acerola-Orion Heart-Under-Blade, had her limbs stolen by three vampire hunters. If Koyomi can track them down and get those limbs back, he can restore her power—and maybe regain his humanity in the process. It's not going to be easy, and it's not just the hunters he has to worry about. The real struggle is whether he'll be able to hold onto what makes him human while dealing with his new vampire nature.
