Synopsis

Arsène is basically unstoppable as a phantom thief. She could easily grab whatever she wants and get away clean if she really felt like it. But she deliberately holds back because she wants Milky Holmes to grow into actual competent detectives so she can fight them at full strength without any restraints. She's constantly scheming and throwing different challenges their way to make that happen, while managing to stay one step ahead of anything that might slow her down.
