Synopsis

Charlotte Evans is a noblewoman on the run for crimes she didn't commit. When she collapses in the forest, a powerful sorcerer named Allen Crawford—nicknamed the "Demon Lord"—finds her and saves her from those hunting her down. With nowhere else to turn, Charlotte accepts his offer to work as his live-in maid. Allen notices that Charlotte's noble family has spent her whole life making her miserable. She's never experienced real freedom or gotten to be herself. He decides to help her break free by introducing her to all the pleasures and experiences her family kept from her. Her naive nature makes this harder than he expected, but he's committed to showing her what life could actually be like. Despite hating social interaction, Allen starts opening up around Charlotte. As they spend more time together, they realize how much they have in common—two people most of the world has written off. They make a promise to stick by each other, though neither seems aware that their connection is turning into something deeper.
