Synopsis

Fifteen years ago, a cruise ship hit an iceberg in the middle of the Pacific and went down. Years later, a ship engineer named Hideto Yashiro died in a car crash. These two events seem completely unrelated—until they intersect aboard the St. Aphrodite, a brand-new luxury liner. Kogorou Mouri, his daughter Ran, Conan, and the Detective Boys are aboard for a vacation courtesy of Sonoko's family. Things take a dark turn when Sonoko vanishes during a game of hide-and-seek. Then the CEO of the Yashiro group—the company that built the ship—is found stabbed to death, and Sonoko's father goes missing. The police hit a wall, but Conan starts closing in on the killer. Desperate to avoid arrest, the culprit makes a threat: blow up the St. Aphrodite and send everyone to the bottom of the ocean. As water floods the ship's hull, the truth behind the murders finally surfaces. Trapped with nowhere to go, Conan and Kogorou have to stop the culprit before the entire passenger list ends up at the ocean floor.
