Synopsis

It's the height of Japan's Shouwa era, and greed is choking the country. Enma Daiou, the King of Hell, calls in a small boy named Kurayami Santa to his office with bad news: humanity's selfishness is getting out of control, and Hell's about to be flooded with souls. It's going to be a disaster. Santa gets the job of fixing it. No instructions, no rulebook—just figure it out. When he arrives in the human world via a lightning strike at a graveyard, he immediately sees what Enma meant. People are terrible. So Santa sets out to tackle his mission without throwing the cosmic balance completely out of whack, trying to clean up both Hell's crisis and humanity's mess.
