In the future, Tokyo has been completely rebuilt around the concept of "city sharing"—the roads and urban layout transform throughout the day to manage traffic and overcrowding. One day, a woman named Nico finally gets a day off, but she has no idea what to do or who to spend it with. She's hoping something interesting will happen. Then a truck zooms past her, decked out in loud music and flashy lights. Nico recognizes it immediately—it's the car everyone's been talking about online. She chases after it and crashes into two guys named Gatsu and Makito, who are driving their own A-Class vehicle. The three of them end up racing after the truck through Tokyo's constantly shifting streets.
