Synopsis

Hatsuki is a high schooler obsessed with her sister Hatsumi. On Hatsumi's 16th birthday, a mysterious green light engulfs her and she vanishes right in front of Hatsuki's eyes. With help from a chubby chick-like creature, Hatsuki manages to chase after her into a place called the Great Library—basically a massive collection of worlds stored inside books. But Hatsumi's nowhere to be found. So Hatsuki sets out on a journey hopping from book to book, searching for her sister (and the object of her affection).
