So Ji Sub and Yim Soo Jung played Mu Hyeok and Eun Chae in this tragic love story that made both of them into stars and built a massive following across Asia. A couple years later, G&G Entertainment put out a 35-minute anime adaptation called Between of One Year. It mixed together the best moments from the original drama with some new scenes focusing on how Mu Hyeok and Eun Chae's relationship fell apart. Lee Kyung Hee, who wrote the original series, oversaw the script for the anime too.
