Synopsis

An Aegis Destroyer is running exercises in Maizuru Bay around the same time a suspicious foreign vessel gets spotted nearby. Conan, Ran, Kogorou, Sonoko, and the Detective Boys all happen to get invited to watch. But during the operations, a crew member discovers a severed arm belonging to a lieutenant. Conan pieces together that a foreign spy has snuck aboard the warship to steal classified military intel. If that information gets out, Japan's entire defense network could be compromised and left wide open to attack. With help from the coast guard and his friends working on the ground, Conan has to hunt down the spy and stop a potential national security disaster.
