Synopsis

Yoichi Ajiyoshi is a young culinary talent who runs a small eating house with his mother. When the influential Murata Genjiro stops by and tastes Yoichi's katsu-don, he's blown away by both the flavor and skill behind it. This catches the attention of the Aji-oh Building, which invites Yoichi to compete in a cooking showdown against their resident Italian chef, Marui. Thanks to his creative approach and genuine passion for impressing his guests, Yoichi comes out on top. From there, he throws himself into a series of competitions, taking on rival chefs as he pursues his quest to master the culinary arts.
