The gang heads out for a picnic one Sunday morning. Arale nearly gets hit by a car when she carelessly crosses the street. Meanwhile, Senbei invents a rice machine capable of bringing pictures to life—and naturally, one of the images that comes to life is a bicycle. Tarou and Akane end up in hot water after recklessly riding it around.
