The Logos maintained their grip through force. Years later, two men named Katsuragi Jo and Tsurasawa Jin escape from Phantom, a military outfit tasked with policing the Revenus and crushing dissent. They've smuggled out a mysterious girl named Nobuto Sana. She's become a target—plenty of people want her, each with their own agenda.
