Hatsunejima is full of strange things. The town has cherry trees that never wilt, and locals say they'll grant your deepest wishes if you ask them right. There are also people running around with actual supernatural powers—like Junichi Asakura, who can peek into other people's dreams and literally make candy appear out of thin air. He and his sister Nemu live pretty normal lives at Kazami Academy with their friends, though Junichi keeps his abilities under wraps. Everything changes when Sakura Yoshino shows up. She's Junichi's childhood friend, and she's been gone in America for six years. Now she's back with one goal: make good on the promises they made to each other as kids. Nobody realizes it yet, but her return is about to shake everything up—and not necessarily in a good way.
