Synopsis

Dr. Ichirou Irabu is a psychiatrist at Irabu General Hospital who's seen just about everything—nothing really phases him. He works alongside Mayumi, a charming nurse who tends to distract patients with her looks and notably short pink uniform more than she probably should. The doctor himself is. complicated. He shifts between three distinct personas: sometimes he's a childlike version wearing an oversized lab coat, other times a refined young man with delicate features, and occasionally a crude, outgoing green bear. His treatment methods are unconventional at best, and he's not above trying to squeeze personal favors or gain from his patients while supposedly treating them. His commitment to professional boundaries is pretty questionable. Despite their different issues, the patients cycling through the hospital's doors are connected by something deeper—a thread that's easy to miss but undeniably there. Each one is working through a mental health struggle that's bleeding into their everyday life in serious ways.
