Shuichi's always wanted to be like his idol Ryuichi Sakuma from Nittle Grasper. Now he's got his own band, Bad Luck, with his best friend Hiro, and they've actually landed a deal with a major label. The problem? He needs to write lyrics and he's completely out of ideas. Hiro suggests he get a girlfriend for inspiration, but things don't go according to plan. One night in the park, Shuichi's lyrics blow away and get picked up by a gorgeous stranger—who turns out to be Eiri Yuki, a famous novelist. Yuki's not impressed, bluntly telling Shuichi he has "zero talent." The insult lights a fire under him though. Suddenly motivated, Shuichi finishes his song and becomes obsessed with finding Yuki again to confront him. Whether he's actually angry or just falling in love is another question entirely.
