Synopsis

The Central Tanegashima High School Robotics Research Club has been working toward one goal for years: finishing GunPro1, a fully functional giant robot. Akiho Senomiya is determined to make that dream happen, but there's a problem—the club is broke. On top of that, Kaito Yashio, her childhood friend and the only other club member, couldn't care less. He's too busy playing mecha games on his PokeCom to help. One day, while Kaito's doing his usual nothing, he picks up a strange, garbled message through static. When he tracks down the source, he discovers it's coming from Airi Yukifune—an AI that exists in an augmented reality app on his PokeCom. Things get weird when Airi shows him an odd report in her database, one that hints at something catastrophic waiting down the line. And that's where Robotic;Notes begins, following Kaito as he gets pulled into investigating what that report actually means.
