Synopsis

Gorou Honda was riding high as a pitcher for the Hornets thirteen years ago, but a serious injury brought his career to a grinding halt. Inspired by his father's refusal to give up on baseball despite his own struggles, Gorou decides to make a comeback—this time as a player in a different position. The problem? His obsessive training routine alienates his young daughter Izumi, who's tired of having an absent father. With yet another challenge in his way, Gorou's determined to show what he's made of by throwing himself back into the sport he loves.
