A year has passed since Shiro vanished, and despite Kurou and Neko's relentless searching, they've hit a dead end. Their investigation crosses paths with Rikio and Anna from the defunct Red Clan, who are being hunted by the Green Clan—they want Anna's abilities for themselves. That's when Scepter 4 gets involved.
