Synopsis

Eijun Sawamura throws a wild pitch in his final middle school game and loses. It's devastating, but he and his teammates make a pact to reach nationals once they hit high school. Then a scout spots him and everything shifts—Seidou High School, one of Tokyo's top baseball programs, offers him a spot. His teammates push him to take it, and he does, eager to level up his game. The problem? Seidou is packed with serious talent, and Eijun's just another first-year trying to prove himself. He's confident he'll become the team's ace eventually, but there's a catch: Satoru Furuya, another first-year with a ridiculous fastball, already has a starting position locked down. Still, adding these two plus all the other skilled players to an already stacked roster makes Seidou a force to be reckoned with. Their goal is simple—dominate Japanese high school baseball. Standing in their way are plenty of tough opponents ready to challenge them.
