Synopsis

One morning at the Bell Tree Tower's observation deck, a man gets shot and killed by a sniper nobody can identify. Conan happens to be there and tries to chase down the shooter, but the sniper gets away. It turns out the prime suspect is Timothy Hunter, a former Navy SEAL with a history of violence—he's already under investigation for another murder. The FBI figures he's got at least three people on his hit list. Two of them end up dead, but then Timothy himself gets killed, which basically blows the whole investigation wide open. With their main lead gone and the sniper killings making headlines across Tokyo, the city starts freaking out. Now it's on Conan to figure out who's actually behind all this and stop the shooting spree before anyone else dies.
