Synopsis

It's Halloween season in Shibuya, and a wedding's happening at Shibuya Hikarie with Sato as the bride. During the ceremony, an attacker suddenly shows up and wounds Takagi while he's trying to protect her. Takagi survives, but the incident shakes Sato—seeing him hurt brings back painful memories of Jinpei Matsuda, a man she'd loved who died in a bombing three years earlier. Around the same time, the bomber responsible for those killings escapes from prison. Rei Furuya, a public safety police officer, is after the guy, but someone in disguise catches him and straps a collar bomb to his neck. Conan tracks Amuro down to an underground shelter to defuse the bomb, and learns about an incident from three years back. Amuro and his fellow police academy classmates had encountered a mysterious bomber called "Plamya" in Shibuya—someone they never identified. As Conan digs deeper, dangerous secrets start surfacing, putting everyone in the crosshairs.
