Synopsis

Rei Oohashi is a burnt-out office worker who spends her evenings escaping into her favorite otome game, Revolution. She plays as Rae Taylor, a student at the Royal Academy in the Kingdom of Bauer, but unlike most players, she's completely obsessed with Claire François—the game's villainess and romantic rival—rather than any of the actual love interests. One night, exhausted from work, Rei dies in her sleep. She wakes up as Rae, living inside the game, and finds herself face-to-face with Claire. This is her chance. She immediately confesses her feelings for the golden-haired villainess, and starts relentlessly pursuing her—though Claire's tsundere antics make winning her over anything but straightforward. The game keeps throwing the three male leads in Rae's direction, trying to push the story back on its intended path. Rei doesn't care. She's determined to break the dating sim logic and get her girl, no matter what.
