Synopsis

Karugamo High School's baseball team is in rough shape. After getting demolished by the Eagles, most of the players bailed, leaving them with just eight members—one short of a full roster. Desperate times call for desperate measures, so Shunpei Harumaki swallows his pride and decides to buy a baseball robot to fill the gap. Problem is, he's broke. The only robot he can actually afford is Azusa, a maid robot. She's got heart and determination in spades, but she's clearly outmatched going up against the cutting-edge baseball machines the other teams are using. Still, there's something in Azusa's past—something hidden—that might be exactly what the team needs to turn things around.
