Treasure Town's streets are run by "The Cats"—or so everyone thinks. In reality, they're just two orphan kids named Black and White who've managed to convince the whole city they're untouchable. They know everything, control everything, and nobody makes a move without their say-so. Then the Yakuza roll into town and start reshaping things to their liking. Black and White find themselves actually having to fight to take back what they've built, with no one to lean on except each other. As things escalate, though, they start to understand that going back to how things were might not even be possible anymore—and that realization puts a real strain on their partnership.
