Synopsis

Yu-yu Kondou is a shy, timid 15-year-old constantly harassed by his overbearing sisters to do whatever ridiculous thing they dream up. When they force him to crossdress just for their own amusement, he's had enough and bolts. After some chance encounters, he meets Megumi Ookura, a welcoming girl who brings him into Team Blackout—a crew of dedicated players in the competitive card game Cardfight Vanguard. Through his growing friendships with Megumi, Danji Momoyama, Zakusa Ishigame, and Tomari Seto, Yu-yu stumbles into a completely new world he never would've discovered on his own.
