Synopsis

Youko Asagiri's been nursing a crush on a classmate for eighteen months. She writes a piano piece to confess her feelings with, but when the moment arrives, she chickens out. Right then, the ground literally opens up beneath her. She crashes into "Ashanti," a mysterious world she's never heard of. There she meets Lingam, a talking dog who fills her in: Ashanti is a sister realm to "Noa"—where Youko's from. They used to be connected until a warrior named Leda sealed them apart to keep Noa safe. Youko's sudden arrival has cracked that seal open again, and an evil faction called Zell is trying to exploit it to break through permanently. Zell's forces target Youko's cassette player, convinced it's the legendary "Heart of Leda"—a key item for their plans. She barely escapes, but during the struggle, she somehow transforms into Leda's warrior form. Now equipped with these mysterious powers, Youko has to figure out if she can actually save Noa and find her way back home.
