Synopsis

Shout and Crunchy are nighttime garbage collectors—basically, they haul away trash. Makina, a 16-year-old witch, has come to London for a year to learn what it takes to be a proper bride. She tracks them down and asks them to dispose of her "Witch's Book" for her. The real reason? She wants to stop being a witch and live as a normal girl instead. But there's a catch: this isn't the kind of book you can just toss in the bin.
