Kuma no Nuigurumi
A little girl is basically inseparable from her stuffed bear—she drags it everywhere she goes. At home, she leaves it lying around so much that her mom keeps tripping over the thing. Eventually the bear gets totally worn down and falling apart, so her mom decides to just throw it out. But the girl finds it before it's gone for good and decides to fix it herself, giving sewing a try to patch the poor thing back together.
