Synopsis

Twin brothers Sun Xiaotu and Sun Xiaohu make their living investigating paranormal activity. They're used to keeping work separate from their personal lives—hauntings and supernatural incidents are just routine to them, even if they'd terrify most people. That changes when they take on what seems like a straightforward case: investigating a haunting involving another pair of twins. But things quickly spiral into something much stranger, and soon the brothers find themselves as targets of the very hauntings they're trying to solve. As they dig deeper into the mystery, reality starts getting slippery. What's real and what's not becomes harder to tell. The investigations grow increasingly dangerous, and a bigger question emerges: what are these ghosts actually hiding? And how deep are the brothers already entangled with the spirits haunting them—possibly more than they ever realized?
