Synopsis

Nen is the hidden energy that flows through all living things, and mastering it grants incredible power. Within Nen exists both infinite potential for light and darkness. The Hunter Association formed specifically to regulate access to this force. Hunters themselves are a diverse bunch with varying goals, but they all share one thing in common—they've learned to harness Nen and chase whatever they want, whether that's wealth, strength, or their personal dreams. Isaac Netero, the chairman of the Hunter Association, stands as the strongest Hunter alive. Decades back, he sealed away Jed, a Hunter who'd mastered On—the dark counterpart to Nen. Recently, On users have started showing up at Heaven's Arena during the Battle Olympia tournament. For Netero, this marks his final stand: keeping the Association and the world safe from a threat born of pure hatred and revenge. He's going to need all the help he can get to pull it off.
