When Volcanion crashes down from the sky, a mysterious force mysteriously binds it to Satoshi. They end up in a mechanical city full of gears and cogs, where a corrupt minister has stolen Magearna—an artificial Pokémon created 500 years ago. The minister plans to use Magearna's power to take over the entire kingdom.
