Synopsis

Yoshihito is a broke 23-year-old with no job and no romantic prospects. To pay the bills, he decides to rent out a spare room in his house. When he's showing his first tenant, Lily, around the place, a vampire named Vivian suddenly attacks her—and that's when Yoshihito realizes Lily is actually a werewolf. As the two start living together, Yoshihito gets recruited by an organization that keeps peace between parallel universes. Before long, all sorts of supernatural creatures start moving in as tenants, and his ordinary life gets anything but.
