Synopsis

Private detective Hazama Itsuru gets hired to look into a stolen cyborg parts racket. The case pulls him into contact with Sachiko Yokogawa, who used to be close to the original 8 Man. Now she's working for Biotecho Corp and gets caught up in the emergence of a new 8 Man—who shows up after Hazama gets killed by a mysterious cyborg. Set against a gritty urban landscape overrun with cyber-junkies and street chaos, this version of 8 Man is a lot more brutal than his predecessor, taking on criminals with significantly more aggression.
