Synopsis

The animals living on Third Street are constantly getting into trouble. Tama Okamoto is a curious cat who keeps sneaking away from home, so his worried owner plasters the neighborhood with missing pet posters. But for Tama, running away is just an excuse to visit his friends scattered around the block. Whether it's hanging out with his best friend Pochi Yamada or the street cat Nora, these animals transform into human form to cause chaos, pull pranks, and basically just have a good time together.
