It's been three years since the Earth Federation crushed Zeon in the One Year War. But not everyone got the memo—Aguille Delaz and his die-hard followers have been lying low, and they're finally ready to make a move. Their plan is straightforward: send ace pilot Anavel Gato to raid a Federation base and steal one of their new prototype Gundams, complete with a nuclear warhead. This obviously freaks out the Federation. A rogue mobile suit armed with nukes is exactly the kind of thing that could kick off another war, so they respond by deploying the Albion, a brand new carrier loaded with test pilots. Among them is Kou Uraki, a rookie who'll be piloting the second prototype Gundam. Now it's a race: the Albion crew needs to hunt down Gato, recover the stolen suit, and shut down Zeon's comeback before it even starts.
