Synopsis

Akane Kikuchi starts her first day at Sainotama Girls' High School thinking about her old dream of becoming a manga artist—and how little she's actually accomplished toward it. Things get better when she realizes her two best friends are in her class: Shiori Saginomiya, who's emotionless and deadpan, and Nozomu Tanaka, who's basically a human tornado. But then Tanaka has a problem: she came to high school hoping to finally get a boyfriend, except it's an all-girls school. Whoops. Desperate, Tanaka starts bugging her classmates to set her up with guys. Except her classmates are anything but normal. There's a girl obsessed with her grandmother, another one deep in chuunibyou delusion, a stalker who over-analyzes everything—basically a cast of weirdos. Tanaka even gives them all fitting nicknames to highlight just how strange they are. And with that, the four of them settle into their high school routine, where pretty much every day starts the same way: "Hey, you wanna hear something amazing?"
