Synopsis

Haruka Suzumuki wakes up after three years in a coma following a car accident. Getting back into the world is tough, but her family and boyfriend Takayuki Narumi help ease her back in—he'd actually broken up with someone else to be with her again. Haruka's worried about being dead weight though. Feeling guilty, she breaks things off with Takayuki and leaves him on a departing train. Instead of wallowing, she throws herself into studying for university entrance exams, determined to become a picture book writer. Meanwhile, Takayuki's grinding away trying to find stable work in a struggling economy. They're both chasing their own goals now, but there's still that question hanging over everything: will they manage to find their way back to each other?
