Synopsis

Healers are essential to the Kingdom of Herzeth, but the profession is locked behind official licensing and years of formal training. Zenos didn't have that luxury growing up poor, so he taught himself everything about healing instead. He became genuinely skilled at it—good enough to catch the attention of an adventurer party, though he eventually got kicked out. When he meets Lily, an enslaved elf he helps escape, something clicks. He decides he wants to open a clinic that operates in the shadows, treating people society has written off. So Zenos and Lily start this underground healing practice, but they immediately find themselves caught between three warring races: lizardmen, werewolves, and orcs. Zenos's talent for healing ends up being the key to bringing them together and ending the conflict. Unfortunately, word of what he's doing reaches the royal knights, and they're not happy about some unlicensed healer operating outside their control. Now Zenos has to figure out how to keep his clinic running while staying true to what he actually believes in.
