In a zombie-ravaged world, a woman named Mikoto Amano wakes up with amnesia and is rescued by six girls—Ranna, Lili, Yuu, Fumika, Murumuru, and Rumina. Things seem to be going okay until a man who was rescued with her turns up dead. Now everyone's a suspect, and nobody knows who'll be next. The whole thing goes down in the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, a sealed-off skyscraper that's become their prison. As the girls start getting closer and trusting each other, they have to figure out who the killer is and what's really going on before someone else dies.
