Noel no Fushigi na Bouken
Noel is a young girl living on Planet Noel with her dog, Pup. One day she gets the idea to deliver ice cream to the sun, and the two set off on their journey. They stop first at Planet Gaudy, where the President welcomes them and throws a fancy party showcasing the planet's finest fashions. Noel's unimpressed—she points out that clothes don't matter, and that everyone's beautiful and loved regardless. Her words convince the President and the citizens to strip down, and Noel does the same. Pup eventually reminds her they've got a sun to visit, so they leave. When they reach the sun, it warns them about toxic smog rolling in from somewhere nearby. Noel and Pup go to investigate, but the smog catches up and forces them to escape underwater to another planet. The underwater scenery is gorgeous at first, but as they explore deeper, they realize the fish are sick.
